The Okefenokee is a vast landscape of blackwater wetlands, open prairies, forests and winding waterways alive with extraordinary wildlife. Spanning nearly half a million acres, this ancient ecosystem is the largest blackwater wetland in North America and one of Georgia\u2019s Seven Natural Wonders.<\/p>
